Bible Study
I. "In the Beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him and without Him nothing was made that was made."
-John 1:1-3
Jesus is evidently God according to this text. There is no other conclusion to be drawn.

II. "For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with out weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin."
-Heb 4:15
Jesus was tempted at all points just as we are, this means that He employed no power in resisting temptation that He will not impart to any one of His dearly beloved children who will but ask it of Him.

III. "Therefore if the Son of man makes you free you shall be free indeed."

"The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him."

Jesus lived a life so complete that He ALWAYS did that which pleased the Father. Jesus completely kept each of the Ten Commandments, and completely disregarded all of the teachings of men. Jesus did not do anything incomplete, and you can have that promise Beloved reader; Jesus will set you completely free!

IV. "His body shall not remain overnight on the tree, but you shall surely bury him that daym so that you do not defile the land which the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance; for hie who is hanged is accursed of God."

Jesus completely took upon Himself the curse of our wretched sin in which He has no part that we might take part in His reward in which we have no part!

V. "He then would have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself."

Jesus only died once, and that was good enough. He cannot be forced into a piece of bread, nor can He ever be killed again. For our transgression our Savior was slain, and once for all time.

VI. "For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received; that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures."
-1 Corinthians 15:3,4
Jesus rose again on the third day. Without which our faith is vain. (V 14)

VII. "But He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, "Be holy for I am holy."

Jesus offers us sanctification. The righteousness by Christ that He offers to each one of us, that which we cannot of ourselves attain but is only made possible by God's amazing grace.
